How do I return?
To request a return, you must email  Support@aros.com within 14 days of receiving your product, specifying that you would like a refund or an exchange .

You will then receive a returns authorisation from us. Item must be received by us within 14 days of this, any returns received outside of this time period will be processed at our discretion

All products being returned / exchanged must be sent back in their original condition: unused, undamaged and complete with all original AROS packaging.

Customer is to ship the product back to us at your responsibility, once received and checked in full you will receive a refund / exchange.

*  We cannot issue refunds for pre-order or sale items. 

*  Items bought at sample or archive sales may bare marks of wear, use, or surface scratches. This will be reflected in the heavily discounted price paid and does not count towards reason for a faulty item refund / return.

Shipping
The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer and sending is undertaken at your own risk. Please opt for appropriate and insured means of delivery to ensure the item you wish to return reaches us in good condition. For non-received or damaged in transit items we do not take responsibility nor issue any refunds.

Condition
We retain the right to reduce your refund in price to reflect any reduction in the value of the products, if this has been caused by handling them in a way which would not permit full price resale, this includes protective dustbags and packaging boxes.

All boxes or dustbags, must be included within your return which are deemed part of the product. We are not obliged to accept returns that do not meet the above conditions, and we may refuse a refund in such case and send such products back to the customer or require the customer to arrange for their collection from us, in each case at the customer’s cost.

Duties & Taxes
Where you have paid any duties or taxes either via DDP pre-payment to AROS or directly to the relevant authorities on the importation of the product you wish to return, AROS shall have no liability in relation to any claim for a refund of such duties or taxes from the authorities or whether or not such a refund is possible.

Important:
We cannot issue refunds for any items bought in Sale (or ‘Last Pieces’ with a discounted price).
